1. Scope
This draft is intended to cover the access-restricted FLOOR VII closed staging website, accounts, original slot games, rankings, profiles, and related features.
Closed staging is a test environment. Features, records, displays, and machine specifications may change or be reset after the impact is communicated.
2. Eligibility and age
You must be at least 18 and legally permitted to use this service where you access it. The staging design records your self-declared age confirmation and the version of the notice you confirmed.
Do not use the service if you do not meet the age requirement or a local restriction applies.
3. Account security
Use only an authentication method assigned to you and do not share sessions or credentials. Closed staging uses Cloudflare Access, Firebase Authentication, and abuse-prevention checks.
Until account recovery and linking are complete, an anonymous account or test record may not be recoverable permanently. We do not represent unobserved persistence as a successful save.
4. Game decisions and virtual value
The server is authoritative for draws, bets, payouts, zones, bonuses, balances, and ranking-eligible records. A client display alone does not settle a result.
- Coins, medals, play funds, titles, cosmetics, and ranking records have no cash value.
- They cannot be exchanged for cash, goods, electronic money, cryptoassets, or redeemable points.
- They cannot be transferred, sold, sent between users, or bought back by the operator.
- Ranking positions do not award cash or property prizes.
5. Rankings and Premium
Total-payout rankings are open rankings affected by play volume, machine selection, chance, and machine access. They are not represented as equal-condition skill competitions.
A future Premium plan is expected to focus on early access to new machines. It will not change per-user odds for the same machine, version, and setting. Closed staging does not sell anything.
6. Prohibited conduct
The intended prohibited conduct includes:
- automation, macros, tampering, replay attacks, vulnerability abuse, or manipulation of draws and rankings
- using another person's account, bypassing authentication or access restrictions, or unauthorized API use
- harassment, impersonation, abusive display names, or infringement of privacy or intellectual property
- external trading, cash-out solicitation, or transfer of in-game value through another service
- conduct that places an unreasonable load on or harms the service or another user
7. Records, enforcement, and changes
We may hold a record, stop a session, or investigate when there is a defect, security incident, suspected abuse, or maintenance need. Enforcement and corrections should be based on evidence and audit logs.
Staging accounts, rankings, and test data may be reset after notice. Permanent achievements are a production objective, not a promise that unconnected staging persistence will survive.
8. Intellectual property and availability
Rights in FLOOR VII, SIGNAL GATE, characters, cabinets, symbols, audio, visuals, documentation, and software remain with the operator or lawful rights holder. The final terms are expected to grant only a limited personal-use permission.
The test environment is provided as available and may be interrupted. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, permanent data storage, or complete compatibility. Liability that cannot legally be excluded remains unaffected.
