1. Age requirement
You must be at least 18 and legally permitted to use a simulated-gambling game where you access it. Do not enter if you do not meet the requirement.
The MVP does not collect birth dates, identity documents, addresses, or GPS. It is designed to record your 18+ self-declaration and notice version. Any future regional verification requirement needs a separate privacy review.
2. No real-money outcome
Draws, coins, medals, play funds, rankings, achievements, titles, and cosmetics cannot be cashed out or exchanged for goods, electronic money, cryptoassets, or redeemable points. Users cannot transfer or sell them.
3. Manage your play
Take regular breaks, avoid extended continuous sessions, and adjust audio, light, and motion to suit you. Production gates include visible play history/time, break guidance, notification controls, and account closure.
Stop if play causes fatigue, urgency, or disruption. FLOOR VII does not use loss-chasing copy, false scarcity, or aggressive purchase prompts after a low balance.
4. Ranking context
Total-payout ranking is affected by play volume, machine choice, chance, and machine access. It is not an equal-condition skill contest and provides no cash, goods, or redeemable reward.
5. Protecting minors
The service is not marketed to anyone under 18. An account confirmed to violate the age rule may be blocked and its data handled under applicable law and the approved privacy policy.
